Casual relief positions required

The College is seeking applications for casual Cocurricular Music Teachers to assist with covering periods of leave/absences throughout the 2024/2025 school year. St Rita’s prides itself on a Music program which is dynamic and extensive and encourages students of all abilities to participate.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

• Woodwind
• Brass
• Percussion
• Strings
• Vocal/choral
• Piano
• Classical guitar

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for people with:

• Conducting skills (preferable but not essential)
• A genuine love of music
• The ability to build a strong rapport with students, colleagues and parents.
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Actively contribute to the growth of the College's Music program.
• Minimum two hour commitment per cover.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

All applicants must hold a current Queensland Teacher Registration or a current Working With Children Check (blue card) before commencing at the College.
